Our background
Paloma Consulting has strong financial services domain expertise, with a focus on student and consumer loan solutions and platforms. The two principals, Cheri DeBlasio (President) and Doug Hawks have been in the educational loan space since 1989 and 1982, respectively. In this market they have provided product consulting and technology services to The Access Group, Bank of America, Citibank, Citizens Bank, First Marblehead, JP Morgan Chase, Key Bank, MEFA and Xerox, to mention just a few. Doug and Cheri also started and operated ELM Resources, which continues to this day to provide student loan data routing and funding services measured in $billions annually for lenders and colleges nationwide. As a result of this collective background, Paloma Consulting is intimately aware of the processes, workflows and compliance requirements associated with private student & consumer loan programs.

Our pricing philosophy
We offer our consulting services on an hourly basis without a monthly minimum or retainer requirement. These services are specifically tailored to each client's needs and budget.
